As per the principle of MBISP, we never sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personal data to anybody. We try to provide all possible cyber-security (possible by us) to protect all the information of the users. But the reality is that no website is 100% hacking proof. Therefore, MBISP will not be responsible for any loss/theft of data, personal information, email ID, password, etc. and any kind of subsequent losses arising from these hacking, theft etc. Users are strongly advised to set the password as strong as possible by using a combination of alpha-numeric-special characters. Users are also strongly requested to use the password (for MBISP account) separate from the passwords of their credit card, bank, email ID, etc.

2. DATA COLLECTION
Authors, Editors and other users can browse and view MBIPS website without providing any personal information. Registering in the MBIPS website and uploading bio-data, telephone number, email ID, etc. are completely optional and voluntary. Third parties are not allowed to see users’ personal information, unless they are publicly available as part of the publishing activities or approved by the users or are required by law to do so. We use your information to:
- Allow Authors to access the information they need in order to publish their work
- Allow MBIPS to send service email notifications or promotional messages about new publications released
- Administer your account and customize the service we provide to you and other users
- Provide your personal details to third parties offering combined services with MBIPS, enabling you to share your information and communicate with other users

- The first name, Last name, academic/job title, Organization/Institution and previous publications.
- Contact information in the form of email address, postal address, country of residence.
- Other information regarding your scientific field of interest, education and work experience.
- Password.
4. COLLECTION OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In order to deliver a better service, MBISP tracks patterns of use on this site. Like all websites, we automatically receive from the Internet usage information such as your IP address, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data, your mobile provider, your mobile device and store it in log files. 5. USERS’ RIGHTS
Authors, Coauthors, Editors and Coeditors can choose what information you make available to other registered and unregistered users. You are free to change your personal information at any time except your login e-mail address. MBISP will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If the personal information changes, you may correct, update or delete it by making the change on your user panel, or by contacting us by email.
You are welcome to submit a request to close your MBISP account at any time. If you no longer need our services, or you want to deactivate your account, you can contact us by email at editor@mbspress.org. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
6. OPEN ACCESS
Publication of an article in MB International Scholar Press is intrinsically an open process. Immediately after publication of a manuscript, the name, surname, affiliation and email address of the corresponding author will be available to website users with the sole purpose to facilitate scientific communication. Collecting these email addresses for commercial use is strictly prohibited.
7. THIRD PARTIES
MBISP will only share personal information with third parties in ways that are described in this privacy policy. In certain situations, MBISP may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
MBISP does not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law so as to comply with a legal process. Please note that in order to deliver certain services (for example, Chapter publication), we may share information with third parties. To process payments made by you, we share some of your information with the payment gateway company we use. While you are entitled to decline to provide the information requested, this may prevent us from providing the services requested. In the case of delivery of hard copies of books to authors or other parties ordering such publications, we share with third parties conducting postal delivery services the information required in order to carry out the delivery. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us. If MBISP is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email.
8. EMAIL POLICY
If users have previously agreed to receive email/newsletter services using the personal information for, MBISP may contact registered members from time to time to let them know information that may be of interest. You may opt out from receiving such email when registering as a member, or at any time thereafter by responding to such an email or contacting customer services. Additionally, users can also unsubscribe by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ button in all our marketing emails.
